The recruitment procedure at Transgender Red Umbrella (TGRU) is designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and inclusive process for hiring candidates who align with our organizational values and goals. This document provides an overview of the standard procedure followed for recruitment at TGRU.

  • Vacancy Identification

    Job Vacancy Announcement

     A detailed job description and vacancy announcement will be prepared by the HR department or relevant hiring manager, outlining the role, responsibilities, qualifications, and other pertinent details

  • Approval Process

     The vacancy announcement will undergo an internal approval process to ensure alignment with organizational needs and resource availability

  • Application and Screening

    Application Submission: Interested candidates will be required to submit their applications through the designated platform or email address specified in the vacancy announcement.

    Initial Screening: The HR department will conduct an initial screening of received applications to ensure they meet the basic requirements outlined in the job description


  • Selection Process

    Shortlisting: Based on the initial screening, a shortlist of candidates will be created for further evaluation.

    Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews, which may include multiple rounds to assess their suitability for the role.
